New Vehicle Owners Orientation!
All of Lexus of Tampa Bay’s guests are invited to participate in this exciting and informative class. We understand that at the time of delivery there is a lot of overwhelming information regarding your new vehicle and the dealership. For that reason, we invite you back to go over three important areas after your purchase.
Parts, The Dent Wizard and The Collision Center.
We invite you to personally meet Michael DiFransica the Service Manager as well as others that are behind the scenes of assisting you with the maintenance of your beautiful Lexus.
Group A- this class will go over the care of your vehicle. What is best for the wheels, leather, etc.
Group B - this class will provide you with a visual aid of how any dents are removed from a vehicle. They will do an actual demonstration by denting a pre-owned vehicle with a hammer and show how it is removed. It Is Incredible! You won’t want to miss this!
Group C – this class will inform our guests with videos, on the procedures that are taken to fix vehicles that have been in an accident, etc. This section will also go into detail of what you should do in case of an accident (also provides all guests with a camera to keep in their vehicles).

Techno Clinic
Not everyone is a born rocket scientist, and with that in mind; Lexus of Tampa Bay has created our Techno Clinic. This informative seminar was designed to assist you with any questions/concerns that you may have about your Lexus Bluetooth and navigation systems.
The clinic includes a video providing instruction on Lexus Bluetooth both with and without navigation, as well as a review of the navigation system as a whole.
We encourage you to use your vehicle’s system as much as possible before attending this class. By doing so, you can arrive prepared with a list of personalized concerns for our instructor, Michael Lee, to tackle.
A lovely Continental breakfast is available for you before and during the Techno Clinic. We understand that your time is one of your most valuable assets, and that you may be too busy to take the time to review those monstrous manuals that came with your Lexus. This is why we will also provide you with a descriptive guidebook to go along with the class and video. See you there with your list!
